Antonov An-140

Image:Antonov An-140 rvb 2186-21.jpg The Antonov An-140 is a short-range turboprop airliner, first flown on September 18 1994. Apart from the main production line in Kharkiv, Ukraine, aircraft are being produced in Russia and under licence by HESA [1] in Iran as the IR.AN-140. It first flew in 1994, and a total of eight or more have been built. It can carry a maximum of 60 passengers. It has already had 2 hull-loss accidents where all onboard died, one in Iran and the other in Azerbaijan.
