The City of Armadale is a Local Government Area of Western Australia. It covers an area of approximately 545 km² in metropolitan Perth, the capital of Western Australia. The City of Armadale maintains 615 km of roads, a little over 14 km² of parks and gardens and has a population of 54,000. Armadale was granted City status in 1985.
The name Armadale also refers to a suburb within this local government area.
Armadale is located on the edge of Perth, and is the last urban area until Mandurah to the south-east, and Bunbury to the South. The suburban railway services also terminate at Armadale.
