Buchanan v. Warley

Buchanan v. Warley, 245 U.S. 60 (1917) was a United States Supreme Court decision addressing racial segregation in residential areas.

The Decision

On November 5 1917 the Court announced its decision, and held that a Kentucky law could not require residential segregation.
