chello is the brand of internet service provider-activities of LGI (formerly UGC), the leading provider of broadband internet access via cable (see DOCSIS) in Europe with estimated 1.3 million customers across its markets. LGI operates in 15 European, 4 Latin American and 2 Asian/Pacific countries, and a chello branded internet service is currently available in 10 of these: Austria, Belgium, The Czech Republic, France, Hungary, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden.

In each market chello delivers open-access content portals that feature local news and entertainment content. Of these The Netherlands and Austria are the largest.

The name, when introduced, was meant to be pronounced as "Say Hello", but this never really cought, and everybody (including chello themself) pronounce it as "chello"
