Continental time

(Redirected from Continental time zone)
In the United Kingdom, continental time refers to a time-keeping system used on the continent of Europe, either the 24-hour clock, or the Central European Time zone. The former usage has become rarer as the UK uses the 24-hour clock more.
In the United States, the continental time zones are the time zones in the continental United States, namely the Atlantic, Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones.
