Fraternity (brotherhood) may refer to:
- any secret society, monastic or chivalric order, or bachelor band
- Fraternities and sororities, social organizations of higher education students, e.g. Phi Beta Kappa (especially in North America and Europe)
- Service fraternities and sororities, community service organization, e.g. Alpha Phi Omega
- Fraternity and sorority houses, group housing
- Benefit society, mutual aid society
- Friendly society, for a common financial or social purpose, e.g. Independent Order of Odd Fellows
- Fraternal and service organizations, e.g. Knights of Columbus or Freemasonry
- Fraternity (band) ~ Australian rock group from the early 1970s, featuring AC/DC's Bon Scott.
