Henry Clarence Dworshak (August 29 1894July 23 1962) was a United States representative and a senator for the state of Idaho, as well as a sergeant in the Army and a publisher. He was a member of the Idaho Republican Party.

Dworshak was born in Duluth, Minnesota. A veteran of World War I, Dworshak served as a sergeant in the Fourth Antiaircraft Machine Gun Battalion. After the war, he managed a printing supply business in Duluth, and, from 1920-1924 published the Burley Bulletin of Burley, Idaho.

Dworshak was elected to the House of Representatives in 1938. In a special election for the United States Senate in 1946, Dworshak defeated former governor Charles C. Gossett, who had been appointed to finish the unexpired term of the late John W. Thomas. Dworshak was defeated for a full term in 1948 by Bert H. Miller, but nonetheless returned to the Senate a few months later by virtue of being appointed by governor C. A. Robins to succeed Miller, who died shortly after taking office. Dworshak won a special election in 1950, and was elected to full Senate terms in 1954 and 1960.

A staunch isolationist, Dworshak stood unwavering against overseas intervention, especially in United States affairs. He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

Dworshak died in office in 1962. He was succeeded by former governor Len Jordan. The Dworshak Dam on the Clearwater River near Orofino, Idaho is named in his honor.
