Herb Titus

Herbert W. Titus (born October 17, 1937 in Baker, Oregon, USA) is a former candidate for Vice-President of the United States.
Mr. Titus holds the J.D. degree (cum laude) from Harvard University and a B.S. degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He is an active member of the Bar of Virginia and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth, Tenth, District of Columbia and Federal Circuits.
He was the vice-presidential candidate of the US Taxpayers Party in the U.S. presidential election, 1996, as the running-mate of Howard Phillips.
