Rationale for fair use in Microsoft Windows

  1. The image exists to indicate the overall user interface of Microsoft Windows
  2. The image and images of its kind have been released by Microsoft in press kits
  3. No free sources exist nor can they ever exist due to the nature of the image
  4. The public display of the image is in no way detrimental to Microsoft's commercial interests
