John F. Tierney

John F. Tierney (born September 18 1951), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1997, representing the 6th District of Massachusetts. He was born in Salem, Massachusetts, was educated at Salem State College and Suffolk University and was a lawyer before entering the House.
