John Taylor (1694-1761)

Template:Cleanup-date John Taylor (1694-1761) was an English preacher and theologian, closely associated with the Octagon Chapel of Norwich. He wrote a work arguing against the doctrine of original sin in the late 1730s, to which John Wesley addressed his nearly 300-page contrary treatise on the subject in 1754.
