Mark W. Tiedemann

Mark W. Tiedemann is an American author. Raised an only child, he was born in 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri. He usually writes science fiction and detective fiction (often a mix of both genres) and has written novels that are part of a series set in the Robot universe, created by Isaac Asimov, and novels, set in his own original universe, known as the Secantis Sequence.
In spring of 2005 he was named president of the Missouri Center for the Book, which is the Missouri state adjunct program to the Library of Congress Center for the Book, the mission of which is "to promote books, reading, libraries, and literacy." [1]
