Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川 智之 Morikawa Toshiyuki, born January 26, 1967) is a seiyū born in Kanagawa. Toshiyuki currently works for Arts Vision.
While it is not noted in the Internet Movie Database, according to the Anime News Network and as of April 2006, Toshiyuki Morikawa is one of the more prolific seiyūs with almost 175 credits to his name. [1]
