Orme is a town located in Marion County, Tennessee. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 124.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 10.7 km² (4.2 mi²). 10.7 km² (4.2 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there were 124 people, 57 households, and 36 families residing in the town. The population density was 11.5/km² (29.8/mi²). There were 63 housing units at an average density of 5.9/km² (15.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 57 households out of which 28.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.1% were married couples living together, 12.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.8% were non-families. 29.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.18 and the average family size was 2.64.
In the town the population was spread out with 17.7% under the age of 18, 8.1% from 18 to 24, 25.8% from 25 to 44, 36.3% from 45 to 64, and 12.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 121.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 104.0 males.
