In Computer Science, RCP may refer to:

  • Rich Client Platform, a software development platform is a framework helping software developers to rapidly build new Java applications by providing often-used services
  • RCP (chip), a co-processor chip designed by Silicon Graphics for use in the Nintendo 64 gaming system
  • rcp is a command on UNIX operating systems that is used to remote copy a file. That is, to copy one or more files from one computer system to another. It typically uses the TCP/IP protocol, but can use kerberos for authentication.
    • This command has been largely superseded by more secure methods, such as the scp and sftp commands based on SSH
  • Radio Control Protocol, an IP based protocol
