Simcoe is a county located in central Ontario. According to Statistics Canada (2001), the population is 377,050. The area of the county is 4,840.54 square kilometres. It is between Georgian Bay and Lake Simcoe. The county seat is Barrie.

Municipalities

The cities of Barrie and Orillia are separated from the county administration, but remain part of the census division.
