West Hampstead railway station

There are two National Rail and one London Underground stations within a short walk of each other called West Hampstead, located on West End Lane, West Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden.
Interchange between any of the three stations is made via the street. In order to complete a journey on a single ticket, interchange is permitted between any of the three stations - for example from Richmond to St Albans, one valid route is to change here.

Silverlink
Template:London stations West Hampstead is a National Rail station on the North London Line between Brondesbury and Finchley Road & Frognal. The station is in Travelcard Zone 2.
The station and all trains are operated by Silverlink.
The normal service is a train every 15 minutes to Richmond and a train every 15 minutes to Stratford, with alternating services continuing to North Woolwich.
Anglia Railways used to run a service which called at this station, between Norwich and Basingstoke, but this was discontinued in Autumn 2002, due to congestion on the North London Line and the financial return being less than that forecast.

Thameslink
Template:London stations West Hampstead Thameslink is a National Rail station on the Thameslink line between Kentish Town and Cricklewood.
The station is in Travelcard Zone 2.

London Underground
Template:Main West Hampstead tube station is on the Jubilee Line.
Future
Chiltern Railways run train services from Birmingham and Aylesbury through the area to Marylebone railway station and have suggested adding new platforms on their line and creating a combined London Underground, Silverlink, Thameslink and Chiltern station complex on the site of the three stations.
