Phylactery can mean:
- The Greek term for a Judaic tefillin, leather boxes worn on the arm and head, and which contain scrolls enscribed with specific Biblical verses. See also Pharisees.
- An amulet to protect the wearer from harm, enclosing magical text, herbs or relics. See also Druidry.
- A "soul jar" for a lich in the role playing game Dungeons & Dragons.
