Mysophilia is a paraphilia relating to soiled or dirty material or people. It is sometimes also used for coprophilia, coprophagia, and fecophilia.
There are a number of variants of this:
- Pornographic magazines have long contained advertisements for "used" women's underwear.
- Some find the dirty footwear of the sex to which they are attracted erotic.
