Miss Van is one of the most prominent painters in the Toulouse graffiti scene.
Without exception all her throw ups are of women, covering a varied array of female forms and expressing many different emotions. Miss Van, who began graffiti in 1993, was the originator of this style of wall painting in Toulouse which has now been taken on and adapted by other Toulouse artists such as Kat and Lus. It's just one facet of a thriving graffiti scene in Toulouse, but it has probably gained the most world wide acclaim for their work. She has gone on to exhibit canvases in galleries across France and Europe.
Actually, she created the scenography for the new Fornarina collection.
A typical example of work by Miss Van. As is shown, her work consistently depicts women.
