Three ships of the British Royal Navy have been named HMS Birmingham, after the city of Birmingham in England.
- The first Birmingham was a Town-class light cruiser launched in 1913 and sold in 1931.
- The second Birmingham was a cruiser launched in 1936 and broken up in 1960.
- The third Birmingham (D86) was a Type 42 destroyer in service from 1976 to 1999.
