Gordon Phillip Allen is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's fifty-fifth House district, including constituents in Orange and Person counties. An insurance professional from Roxboro, North Carolina, Allen is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his third term in the state House. Allen also previously served three terms in the state Senate.
