National Liberation Army is the name of several groups:
- the National Liberation Army of Albania, a World War II organization that fought against Italian and German troops.
- the ethnic Albanian National Liberation Army in the Republic of Macedonia in 2000 and 2001
- the Algerian National Liberation Army, which fought in that nation's war of independence.
- the National Liberation Army (Bolivia).
- a Colombian group, the National Liberation Army (Colombia).
- the National Liberation Army of Iran, the militant wing of the Mujaheddin-e-Khalq.
- in Yugoslavia, the National Liberation Army and Partisan detachments of Yugoslavia, led by Josip Broz Tito against Italian and German forces during World War II.
