1) The Sakara is a traditional percussion instrument from Nigeria. The sakara is type of drum consisting of a ring-shape made of clay and covered with a goatskin; it is played with a stick.

2) Sakara is also a village in Western Georgia. In this village was born a great psychologist and philosopher, Professor Dimitri Uznadze.
