Troisier's sign is finding a hard, enlarged, left supraclavicular lymph node. Said to be pathognomic of abdominal cancers, in particular gastric cancer.
Virchow's node is the node commonly palpated for to elicit Troisier's sign.
Troisier's sign is named for French pathologist Charles Emile Troisier.
