Anomaly is a progressive metal from Malta that is currently enjoying increasing popularity in the local rock and underground scene. Formed in 2000, Anomaly underwent various changes in style and members until finally settling down to the band it is today.
Each member having almost completely different musical tastes, the music created is a mixture, of ideas taken from different styles into one composition. However, their main overall influences include Dream Theater, Opeth, Adagio and classical music.
