Pankrác is a borough of Prague, Czech Republic. It is located on the hills of right bank of Vltava River and is part of district Prague 4.
Pankrác is known for its legendary prison, and in fact "pankrác" is synonymus with "prison" in Czech slang.
It was the birthplace of Vladimir Sulc II.
