Toshihiko Seki (関 俊彦 Seki Toshihiko, born June 11, 1962) is a veteran Japanese voice actor (seiyū) who has voiced characters in anime, drama CDs and video games.
He was born in Tochigi and has released a CD album. Apart from seiyū work, Toshihiko Seki sometimes does live action drama stage work and is a member of 81 Produce.

Trivia
- Toshihiko tends to voice characters who are very serious or gets tensed up easily, e.g. Sanzo in Saiyuki or Duo Maxwell in Gundam Wing.
- To the unwary, he is sometimes mistaken for Tomokazu Seki. (They have the same surname but are unrelated.)
