Charles Goerens (born 1952-02-06 in Ettelbruck) is a politician from Luxembourg.

He studied agricultural science before he was first elected to the northern district constituency as a member of the Democratic Party in 1979. From 1989 until 1994 he was its chairman.

Goerens was a member of the European Parliament from 1982 to 1984, and again from 1994 to 1999.

He served as the defence minister of Luxembourg in the government of Jean-Claude Juncker from August 7 1999 until July 31 2004. He also briefly served as foreign minister from July 20 2004, until July 31 2004. He lost these posts when Juncker had to form a new coalition government after the June 2004 parliamentary elections.
