The Piece Dogs were an Atlanta-based heavy metal band. The band's name came from a re-spelling of a Cult song. Greg, Kyle and Mike produced one successful record for Energy records, Exes for Eyes. The first drummer, John Connaly, left afterwards and joined Sevendust as a guitarist. The record company was not able to fund a tour, and promote the band.
