U.S. Highway 641 is a spur of U.S. Highway 41. It currently runs for 132 miles (212 km) from Marion, Kentucky at U.S. Highway 60 to Holladay, Tennessee at Interstate 40. Its passes through the states of Kentucky and Tennessee.
