The name Candia can refer to:
- The old Venetian name of ancient Herakleion (Latinized Heracleion), present Iraklion, refounded by Arabs under the name Khandak;
- while it was its capital, also used as alternative name for the whole island of Crete, again under Ottoman rule in the Turkish spelling Kandia
- Candia (Ridley), a member of the Pagan goth-rock band Inkubus Sukkubus
