Ten Oustanding Young Persons (Chinese: 十大傑出青年) is a prestigious award given annually to ten young people in the Republic of China recognizing their achievements. Most, if not all, of the recipients are honored for their excellence in the academics or in the sports, even though they came from humble, or even impoverished, backgrounds. It was first given in 1963.
