Staden is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Oostnieuwkerke, Staden proper and Westrozebeke. On January 1 2005 Staden had a total population of 10,912. The total area is 46.24 km² which gives a population density of 235.99 inhabitants per km².eo:Staden nl:Staden
