People who do not fit existing lists

There are some forms of disability that are rare enough that a list could not be formed from each one. This is mostly for them. Names placed here should be noteworthy and their disability should be self admitted. Historical figures whose disabled status is disputed should therefore not be placed here.

• Thomas Malthus - hair lip and cleft palate.
• Francesca Martinez - Stand up comic.
• Casey Martin - Disabled professional golfer who successfully sued the PGA Tour under the Americans with Disabilities Act in 2001 for the right to use a golf cart.
• Tony Melendez - Armless guitarist.
• Mattie Stepanek - Poet who had muscular dystrophy.
• Tanni Grey-Thompson - Athlete with spina bifida.
