Verlaine is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Liège. On January 1st, 2005 Verlaine had a total population of 3,524. The total area is 24.21 km² which gives a population density of 145.55 inhabitants per km². The municipality contains the villages Verlaine, Chapon-Seraing, Seraing-le-Château and Bodegnée.
