Copperhead most commonly refers to one of two varieties of snake:
- American copperhead, a venomous snake of eastern North America
- Australian copperhead, three species of venomous snake of Australia
It may also refer to:
- Copperheads (politics), a slur describing a group of Northern Peace Democrats who opposed the American Civil War, wanting an immediate peace settlement
- Copperhead (band), a band including ex-Quicksilver Messenger Service guitarist John Cipollina
- Copperhead (climbing), a small metal nut used in rock climbing
- Copperhead (DC Comics), a DC Comics supervillain who is a member of the Secret Society of Super-Villains
- M712 Copperhead, a guided artillery shell
It is also used to mean:
- “Copperhead”, the codename of Vivica A. Fox's character, Vernita Green, in the Quentin Tarantino-directed movie Kill Bill
- Copperhead, the second book in the U.S. Civil War series “The Starbuck Chronicles” by Bernard Cornwell
- Copperhead, a Marvel Comics supervillain who is a member of the Serpent Society
