Metrobius (lived 1st century BC) was a Roman tragic actor of Greek birth, widely known in his time. He gave up the stages to accompany the former dictator Lucius Cornelius Sulla in his voluntary exile in the year 80 BC. In the last address to the senate, Sulla acknowledged Metrobius as his life long lover. After Sulla's death, Metrobius disappears from the sources.
