Circle K is a trademark owned by Alimentation Couche-Tard, which acquired it from ConocoPhillips in 2004, to designate a chain of company operated and franchised convenience stores in the United States. Some of these stores operate gasoline pumps selling Union 76 branded motor fuels, others sell Mobil branded fuel. The chain operates internationally, branching into other continents such as Asia.

The chain is primarilly located in the Southern, Western and Southwestern U.S., and within the past couple of years expanded into the Midwest when the Circle K name replaced the Couche-Tard brands in the U.S. (Mac's, Bigfoot, Dairy Mart, and Handy Andy). Despite not being located in the Northern Great Plains states and the Northeast (except for western Pennsylvania), Circle K is second to 7-Eleven in the U.S. by store count.

The cult-classic film Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure features the well known line by Keanu Reeves, "Strange things are afoot at the Circle K."
