Okha (Template:Lang-ru) is a town in Sakhalin Oblast, Russia. Population: 29,000 (2003 est.); 27,963 (2002 Census). It is the center of a petroleum industry (an oil pipeline and gas main Okha–Komsomolsk-on-Amur). The name has come from local dialect, meaning 'bad water'.
