Frank Rudolph Wolf (born January 30 1939), American, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1981, representing the Tenth Congressional District of Virginia (map) in Northern Virginia. Of the eleven represenatives from Virginia, Wolf is the senior representative. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he attended Pennsylvania State University where he was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. He received a degree in Law from Georgetown University. He is a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
