The largest Linux user group in Mauritius founded in Dec 1999 by Avinash Meetoo.

The main aims are broadly:

  • Advocate the use of Linux in Mauritius
  • Educate people in the use of Linux
  • Support people through a mailing list
  • Make Mauritian Linux user socialise
