Graham Norman Tope, Baron Tope (born 30 November 1943) is a Liberal Democrat politician. He is a Life Peer and member of the London Assembly. He is also a councillor in the London Borough of Sutton.
In 1972, Tope captured the seat of Sutton and Cheam at a parliamentary by-election from the Conservative for the Liberal Party. The Conservatives retook the seat at the February 1974 General Election.
He was made a life peer in 1994.
