Ouchi (相知町; -chou) had been a town located in Higashimatsuura District, Saga, Japan until merged on January 1, 2005 to be a part of the city of Karatsu.
As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 8,890 and a density of 136.60 persons per km². The total area was 65.08 km².
