Viscount Soulbury, of Soulbury in the County of Buckingham, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1954 for the Conservative politician Herwald Ramsbotham at the end of his term as Governor-General of Ceylon. Ramsbotham had already been created Baron Soulbury, of Soulbury in the County of Buckingham, in 1941.
