RAF Benson is a Royal Air Force station near Benson in Oxfordshire, England. It is home to the Royal Air Force's medium transport helicopters, the Puma and Merlin.

Benson is currently home to 28 Sqn and 33 Sqn and also to Oxford UAS and 6 AEF. Previous units to be based here include the Queen's Flight.Template:Oxfordshire-geo-stub Template:RAF-stub
