Image:Antoninianus-Macrianus-RIC 0011.jpg Titus Fulvius Iunius Macrianus (d. 261), also known as Macrianus Minor, was a Roman usurper. He was the son of Fulvius Macrianus, also known as Macrianus Major.

Macrianus Minor's mother was of noble birth and her name, possibly, was Iulia. With help from his father and by the influence of Ballista, Roman emperor Valerian's praefect, he gained the imperial office together with his brother Quietus in the eastern part of the Empire in 260. With his father he moved to the west, to Thrace to counter forces send by western emperor Gallienus. He was defeated in 261 by Aureolus and he and his father lost their lives.
