Name of two Christian saints:
- Saint Jude
- Thaddaeus of Edessa: one of the 70 or 72 original disciples (besides the 12 Apostles); according to Eusebius he was sent to Edessa to cure the king Abgar V and founded the Christian church there; he is venerated by the Orthodox churches.
