Day of Atonement may refer to:
- Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement
- Day of Atonement, a national day established in 1995 by the Nation of Islam
- Day of Atonement, Christian a day of fasting kept by a minority of Christians on the same day as Yom Kippur. Some Christians consider this to be the holiday that will come into its ultimate and climactic fulfilment on the very last day of this age on the eve of the Last judgement.
