Genesis Rabba (Bereshith Rabba in Hebrew) is a religious text holy to classical Judaism. It is a midrash comprising a collection of ancient rabbinical interpretations of the book of Genesis (Bereshith in Hebrew); this text was compiled in the 4th or 5th centuries of the common era.
